Which homeroom will take home the coveted Taylor Cup?
The Final Field Day as Taylor Elementary students! This event will take place at Collins Hill High School, giving our 5th graders a fun glimpse of the future while making lasting memories with friends.
Students will travel by bus from Taylor Elementary to Collins Hill High School, so a permission slip must be on file in order to attend. The fun kicks off at 10:00 AM, and we can’t wait for an event full of energy, teamwork, and school spirit!
A few important reminders:
Send your child with a water bottle and sunscreen
Dress for outdoor fun and activity (please keep dress code guidelines in mind)
If you plan to check your child out after the event, they must ride the bus back to Taylor Elementary and be checked out through the front office
Students will eat lunch when they return from CHHS.
Join us for a celebration of our students that includes Special Recognitions, Certificates of Participation and a Video Presentation.
Students will need to report to 12Stone Church at 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Sanctuary doors will open at 5:45pm.
Please keep in mind...
Students should wear “Sunday Dress” (khaki pants, collared shirts, sundresses—no spaghetti or strapless dresses). Students will be walking up/down stairs and risers - heels are not recommended. This is not a graduation, caps and gowns are not worn.
Balloons, bells, or horns of any type are not permitted inside the sanctuary.
There are no tickets needed for this event.
As guests of 12Stone Church, we want to be mindful of their space and leave it just as we found it. We kindly ask that everyone demonstrates appropriate behavior and that no food or drink be brought into the church. Thank you for helping us be good guests!
5th Grade Walk

One final journey through the halls of their elementary school. As they make their way through the building, students and staff will line the halls, cheering them on and celebrating this important milestone.
Families are invited to be part of this special moment. Visitors are asked to arrive by 8:55 AM and will be guided to station themselves in the lobby as we prepare for the walk to begin.
Please ensure your student arrives to school on time in order to participate in the festivities.

After the 5th Grade Walk, students will head straight out to the field to kick off an unforgettable celebration! Get ready for a day filled with fun, music, games, and a pizza lunch with friends.
This is more than just an event—it’s a party to end all parties as we celebrate our 5th graders and all they’ve accomplished. Laughter, memories, and excitement will fill the air as we wrap up their elementary school journey in style! 🌟
